Conflict Navigation for Leaders

Format: 60–90 minute interactive workshop

Delivery: Virtual or in-person

Purpose: Understanding the source of conflict to prevent it from recurring.


Built from recurring organizational patterns observed over nearly two decades of consulting experience, this interactive workshop helps leaders move beyond managing conflict in the moment and develop the skills needed to create greater clarity, communication, and alignment across teams.


Many workplace conflicts are not actually about conflict. 


They often stem from unclear expectations, communication breakdowns, competing priorities, and misalignment that have gone unaddressed.


Traditional conflict resolution focuses on solving the issue in front of us. Conflict navigation goes deeper by helping leaders understand why the issue emerged in the first place so the same challenges do not continue to resurface.


Participants will learn how to:

 

  • Identify the root causes and drivers of recurring workplace conflict 
  • Address issues earlier before they escalate into larger challenges 
  • Communicate expectations with greater clarity and consistency 
  • Respond in ways that strengthen alignment and accountability
